Solomons Yachting Center offers state-of-the-art floating dock slips, each with 40’ finger piers – all set in a well-protected harbor.

Our amenities include a fuel dock, well maintained swimming pool and an upscale lounge. A beautiful large elevated deck surrounds the pool, offering great vistas of the harbor, cool breezes, and a central location for our many activities and social functions.

Solomons Yachting Center is a short walk or bike ride away from all the many restaurants, museums and attractions Solomon has to offer. You can’t get any closer!

FACILITIES

Fully renovated facilities and extensively landscaped grounds

Among the facilities you will enjoy are:

-A well maintained swimming pool. A large elevated deck surrounds the pool offering great views of Solomons Harbor and room for group gatherings or your own area for quiet relaxation.

-A upscale Pub adjacent to the pool in our renovated clubhouse. Perfect for casual poolside dining and a fun evening with your friends. Available for Private Parties.

– Private clean restrooms and shower “suites” are conveniently located in the clubhouse. These air conditioned private suites will rival the best you can find on the Bay!

-High speed internet access and cable TV is always available in the Captains Lounge.

-Ships Store drinks, beer, bait and general provisions.

-Our laundry facility, including 3 Washers & 3 Dryers folding tables are available in the lower level of the Clubhouse

-An easily accessible fuel dock, with diesel and gas available thru our regular and high speed pumps. A pumpout station is also conveniently located.

-Well landscaped picnic areas complete with lawn chairs, picnic tables and charcoal grills conveniently located for leisurely meals in a quiet setting.


SERVICES

We are committed to the highest level of service…

Among the services we provide are:

Dock n’ Go Service: When you simply want to tie up and leave, just let us know and we’ll arrange to have one of our capable deck hands wash down your boat and prepare it for your next visit!

Boat Hauling and Power Washing: We will schedule a time convenient for you. Our 50 ton travel lift can accommodate even the largest of boats.

Engine and Systems Mechanical: Complete diesel and gas engine repair, refit, and repower.

Bottom painting and other general maintenance services: Please let us know your specific needs we will be happy to work with you.

Winter Storage: Our property can accommodate all our slip holders and then some. Help us plan your time out of the water to ensure you start your year without any delay.

Solomons Island, Maryland is located on State Route 2 in Solomons, Calvert County, Southern Maryland, twenty miles south of Prince Frederick.

Driving Directions:

From Washington, D.C. – Take State Route 4 east from the Washington Beltway to State Route 2-4 to Solomons.

From Baltimore – Take Interstate 97 south from the Baltimore Beltway, to State Route 3 and U.S. Route 301 south to State Route 4. Continue south/east to State Route 2-4 to Solomons.

You can also take I-97 south to the Aris T. Allen Boulevard exit (Route 665), then follow signs for Solomons Island, Route 2 South. Go south on Route 2, following signs for Prince Frederick. Route 2 will join with Route 4 – make a left from Route 2 onto Route 2-4 south. Follow Route 2-4 south/east to Solomons.

From Richmond – Take U.S. route 301 north into Maryland, then State Route 234 east to State Route 5, south on State Route 5 passing Leonardtown, left on State Route 4 across the Thomas Johnson Bridge (lower Patuxent River Bridge) to State Route 2 at east end of the bridge.
